Returns & Exchanges:

30 day Pristine Guarantee: Send a handbag back within 30 days of purchase in pristine condition with a shipper who has tracking capabilities and we will gladly return or exchange it. You will be credited the full purchase amount of the bag, including taxes, minus shipping and a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returns.

Bags purchased through distributors: Discuss retailer policies for your return or exchange with the retailer you purchased your Tantrum Bag from. However, please feel free to discuss your experience with us regarding our distributors, because we appreciate your opinion. We act responsibly and accordingly with positive or negative feedback. 90 day repairs: We will gladly fix bag lining before 90 days. We live up to industry standards, you pay to ship bag both ways to manufacturer in New York and we pay for the repairs. Any normal wear and tear afterwards is to be expected.

Shipping Policy

If the bag you order is currently in stock, it will be shipped immediately and delivered within 5-7 days. If the bag you choose happens to be out of stock, we will gladly order it immediately from the studio where they will begin handcrafting your bag. Because our bags are made in limited quantities, it may take a full two weeks to be made and shipped to you if it is out of stock. We will keep you apprised of all shipping information and we welcome your phone calls and emails.

All shipments will be tracked via FedEx or UPS.

Whiner bag (Large) - $525
Pout bag (Small) - $350

Prices do not include sales tax or shipping costs. All transactions are made in US funds.
